Every facet of the Sweetgreen experience has been aimed toward creating a wholesome nutritional experience for both the public and from within the organization. They have supported other local businesses, with their Ponce City Market location in Atlanta collaborating with florists Nourish Botanica and partnering with partnered with local art organization TILA Studios, an incubator focused on showcasing work from Black female artists in Atlanta. They donated meals to Old Fourth Ward shelter Our House on the location's opening day, for every meal sold.
Sweetgreen has utilized data management, creative restaurant design, and integrated technologies to keep the business growing with evolving norms in the restaurant industry. Their app serves the dual purpose of making delivery convenient for repeat customers and providing useful data that can be analyzed to improve their experiences. In addition, each Sweetgreen location integrates and develops partnerships within its surrounding environment, creating bonds to the community and identifying new ways to serve it.
